Our Signature Bliss Massage is 50 minutes, and we additionally offer 70-minute, 90-minute, and 110-minute massages. We specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage treatments. Aftercare

Massage therapy is powerful when it comes to detoxifying and conditioning your muscles. After you receive a massage, it’s important to drink plenty of water. We also suggest taking a warm bath with Epsom salt to continue the purifying and healing process.

Minor Policy:

Ella Bliss therapists will not perform massage services on any minor under the age of 10 years of age. For all minors under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian is required to sign a consent form. For minors 10 to 13 years of age a parent or legal guardian must stay in the treatment room during the service, a maximum treatment time of 30 minutes may be received and no deep tissue or injury recovery massage.

Prenatal Policy:

Ella Bliss therapists will not perform prenatal massage services until the guest is out of their first trimester. Ella Bliss therapists will not perform prenatal massage services on anyone considered to have a high-risk pregnancy without written consent from a doctor.

Medical Policy:

Ella Bliss therapists will not perform massage services on any guest who is currently receiving chemo treatment or who have recently had a major surgery without written consent from a doctor.
