It rolls over! Unused signature service credits can be used any time within the following 12 months. Should you find yourself with a few months’ worth of unused benefits, feel free to schedule yourself a spa day and use multiple benefits! Keep in mind that perks such as free beverages and Share the Bliss cards do not roll over.

Tips are not included in your member credits. If you’re pleased with your service, we’d love for you to reward your service provider. How much, you ask? Tipping is, of course, a personal thing, so it’s up to you! Our recommendation would be 18-25% of the service. You may tip your provider in cash, or with Tippy, our digital tipping solution!

Yes. If you’re going to be out of town or tight on cash for a while, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months with no charge. During that time, feel free to use any accrued service credits you’ve built up before you froze your account. Just remember that your perks such as free beverages and Share the Bliss cards do not roll over and will be frozen during that time.

Love Ella Bliss? Bring a friend so you can bliss-out together and they’ll get our great member pricing for one signature service, too. Can’t come in together? You can give them a Share the Bliss card so they can come at their own convenience.

We’d hate to see you go, but if you must, please come in person to one of our locations to fill out separation paperwork. Sorry, but we cannot accept membership cancellations via phone or email. Once you’ve filed the form, you’ll be charged just two more billing cycles and you’ll have 6 months to use any accrued credits that you built up before you cancelled.

It’s way more than tea or coffee! Your first pour of wine, beer, mimosa, soda, coffee or tea is complimentary with your member benefit each month, and a variety of cocktails (available at our Broadway location) are discounted by $2. First time guests also receive a complimentary beverage during your first visit!

As a member, you can assign two designated users per calendar year who have full access to your member credits. If the person(s) on your account need to be changed more than once in a calendar year there is a $15 fee.

Yes. How you use your membership service credits is very flexible. You can get a signature service, or put that $73 toward any combination of services! Only want an express manicure this time instead of the Signature Express Mani/Pedi? That’s fine; your remaining credit will roll forward for up to 6 months. Monthly credits and rollover credit can only be used for services — not products, drinks, gift cards or tips.

Yes, a sweet one! If you are a member and refer someone who becomes a member, you’ll receive our undying gratitude, plus a free service credit, free upgrade (up to $10), and a half-price signature service.

Come on in; we’ll give you a discount for your second visit in the same month and, of course, member pricing on all services.

Absolutely; we welcome you with open arms. If you’re a new customer you’ll receive member pricing for your first service, plus a complimentary beverage.

We welcome Members and Non Members to Ella Bliss however becoming a member allows you to receive discounts on our signature services each month! Membership is $73 a month with discounts on every additional service you add on per month!
